I’m bored with my exercise routine. What are some other fun and fat-burning exercises i can do at my house?

I regularly run, bike, skip and do other things to keep fit at my house but im getting bored with them. I go to the gym also and am wondering what are some other things i could do that are fun and also maybe challenging to burn fat and lose weight?

*I personally, never get bored with Taebo, and it’s one the best ways to get in shape QUICKLY!!

    Does it have to be at your house? Running is the #1 way to burn fat. Not a fast, run until you vomit, run but a gentle, slightly faster than a walk run. It can take some time to work up to a decent distance but if you chip away at it you’ll be able to run for 30 minutes in just a few weeks (if you run 3-4 times per week).

    The great thing about running is that, aside from good running shoes and comfortable clothing, it’s free. No memberships, no equipment. And it’s a great way to get outside and get some fresh air.

    i find it really boring to run on the treadmill so i take turbo kick boxing classes at my gym they are exhilarting and challenging and fun at the same time. it’s a more fat burning version of aerobics and within fifteen minutes i’m sweating like a pig! it’s excellent cardio and 60 minutes of this routine is enough for me!

    dancing is a great way to tone your body. i do hip hop, its such a great work out not only physically but mentally. dancing works out every muscle in your body meanwhile your learning rountines which works on co-ordination and your ability to remember. not only that its great fun and when you go out you’ve got an up on the other girls because you look good and know how to dance.

    The best exercise is rough sex. You use every muscle in your body, and afterwards (in a good session) you’re sore just like any other work out. Otherwise, go to the pool and swim laps.

    hi what about buying a mini trampette?its a little trampoline that you either jump on or jog on its really fun and you burn lots of calories xx
